CEBU CITY, Philippines — The chief of the Tuburan Municipal Police Station in northern Cebu was found dead inside his office at around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4.
Lt. Col. Glenn Hife was reportedly not feeling well and complained of body pains before his death, prompting him to go inside his office to rest.

Article continues after this advertisementThe Cebu Police Provincial Office (CPPO) highlighted Hife’s accomplishments, including numerous successful operations against crime and illegal activities while fostering stronger ties between the police and the community.
