Kris Bernal treated fans to a virtual tour of her house which is nearing completion, showing some of its “grand” features that cost her a seven-digit amount.

The actress documented the progress of her modern Mediterranean house with her husband Perry Choi, through a vlog shared on her YouTube channel last Saturday, Jan. 11.

The house, which is located at Alabang and has four floors including a basement, will have a very grand full glass entrance door that she hinted to have cost her a seven-digit amount. The house also has a high ceiling, grand staircase, grand window and a pool.

During the tour, Bernal revealed that Choi has a dinosaur fossil which they will also display in their house.

"This series is not just about the two teams playing; it's about reviving the spirit of hockey in Delhi. We hope this will inspire more young players from the region to take up the game," Harmanpreet stated in a press release issued by Hockey India.

“Actually itong house, 2019 pa talaga [na-start ‘yung designing],” she revealed, recalling how the construction was delayed due to changes in the location.

Bernal said that around 50 to 60 percent of the house is already completed, and that it will most likely be finished in the third quarter of 2025.

Addressing those who also plan to start the construction of their houses, Bernal advised, “‘Wag kayo basta-basta mag-decide. Kailangan may extra-extra pera ka kasi marami pang mangyayari.”

“Na-realize ko na kailangan prepared ka talaga sa gastos. Ang gastos talaga magpagawa ng bahay. Tumanda ako. Na-stress ako,” she quipped.

Bernal and Choi tied the knot in September 2021, then welcomed their daughter Hailee Lucca in August 2023.
