MANILA, Philippines—Dwight Ramos and the Levanga Hokkaido got the better of Matthew Wright and the Kawasaki Brave Thunders in the B.League on Sunday.

The two Filipino imports dueled with Ramos leading Hokkaido (8-13) to a dramatic 84-83 comeback win at Kawasaki Todoroki Arena.

Ramos scored 14 of his 20 points in the second half as he and guard Shuta Terazono spearheaded Hokkaido’s rally from 19 points down in the third quarter.

Terazono capped his 17-point outing with the game-winning basket while fading away with 7.7 ticks to go.

Wright led all scorers with 26 points but missed a baseline turnaround jumper with Ramos all over him as time expired. Wright also had five rebounds and five assists for Kawasaki, which dropped to 8-13 after getting swept by Hokkaido in their two-game series over the weekend.

Like Ramos, AJ Edu was also victorious, doing a little bit of everything in Nagasaki Velca’s 83-73 victory over the Shiga Lakes at Happiness Arena.

Edu collected six points, five rebounds and three blocks to help Velca improve to 9-12.

Kai Sotto, meanwhile, recorded another double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds but only for the Koshigaya Alphas (6-15) to fall to the San-En Neophoenix, 89-86, at Hamamatsu Arena.

Ray Parks Jr. also suffered a loss the Osaka Evessa (11-10) succumbed to the Utsonomiya Brex, 95-76, on the road.
